The rides have become an annual event on the last Saturday in April, each year
adding participation, with as many as 200 bikes attending. Each rider is asked
to donate $32 that will go to the “32 Named Memorial Endowments Fund”. The
motorcycle processions leave Manassas, Virginia Beach and Richmond Virginia at 8
am and make several stops including Charlottesville, Lynchburg and Shenandoah
Harley Davidson near Staunton, VA for lunch, and arriving in Blacksburg around
3:30 p.m. A short ceremony is held on the VA Tech Drill Field where all
donations are given to the VA Tech Foundation. Afterwards, live music, dinner
and sponsored raffles are held on the Drill Field for all students, faculty and
friends to enjoy in remembrance. To pre-register please kindly visit
